This is a great hunt if you want to focus on one species and be selective for trophy quality. The Eastern Canadian Moose is the smallest of the four moose species in North
America and a 16 point or more is an exceptional trophy. Tags and licenses are not included. |

6-Day Moose and Caribou Combo • $5,500 (Mid-Sep–Late Oct)
Newfoundland has a very high Moose and Caribou population and you will see why, the
habitat is perfect for them. Expect to see many bulls during your hunt. Depending on
the temperatures the moose can be quite active and responsive to your guide’s calls. Typically the Woodlands Caribou
are the smallest of the 5 species hunted in Canada (not including the Perry species), a
30+ point is quite exceptional. You will most likely be focusing on your Moose first unless
you run across an exceptional Caribou. Tags and licenses are not included. |
6-Day Brook Trout and Northern Pike Fishing in Labrador • $3,400 (Mid-Jun–Late Aug)
The perfect dry fly fishing trip! These fishing trips are perfect for buddies, husband/wife or parent/child
combos. The fishing is done with two fishermen per guide/per boat, all you have to do is bring is your
fishing and personal gear and show up for a fun and relaxing 6-day adventure! As on the hunts, flying into
camp, meals, lodging and guiding are all provided. Fly commercial to Goose Bay, Labrador on Friday and
overnight. Fly on Saturday to camp. All fishing is “catch and release,” with the exception of one trophy
fish of your choice for mounting. We do recommend measuring and photographing your trophy though
and using a mold for reproduction as the mounts generally last longer and are usually less expensive. Ask
your taxidermist on the measurements they will need ahead of time. You will be fishing rivers and lakes
near camp and the scenery is magnificent. Bring layers, it can be cold and don’t forget insulated waders!
When the week is done, fly back to Goose Bay on Saturday AM and fly commercial back home Saturday
afternoon. A fun and relaxing trip! Price includes fishing license fees. |
